Building Information Models (BIM)

BIM Building Models from 3D Surveys

Over 500 successfully completed projects speak for themselves.

The combination of years of experience with BIM projects in England and Ireland, coupled with the most innovative developments currently available in the gaming and film industries, makes our solution unique worldwide.

Meixner Surveying has been successfully operating in the field of surveying and photogrammetry worldwide for over seventy years. Over 40,000 successfully completed projects make us one of the leading companies in this field across Europe. Your partner for BIM building models and highly accurate 3D reconstructions of objects. We use proprietary 3D surveying and CAD/Revit modeling techniques and the most advanced equipment currently available.

Our team is able to create your BIM building models cost-effectively and efficiently using state-of-the-art methods and, for the first time worldwide, visualize them in real time at a unique resolution thanks to Euclideon’s Unlimited Detail® technology. Up to 140 TB of data is accessible to all stakeholders via the internet without any loading times. This results in significant cost savings compared to conventional BIM building models – all data can be edited and viewed at any time via the web solution or within the network.

This combination enables the visualization of all recorded 3D data on standard computers with a loading time of less than one second. Subsequently, the general planner, architect, client, or project manager can edit all recorded and converted 3D data using the Geoverse MDM Viewer. This data is then readily available for deriving existing building plans, 2D floor plans, and sections through simple digitization, capturing any dimensions and details, combining them with other georeferenced data, and even allowing for virtual walkthroughs in a hologram room that we will be presenting in Q4.

We would be delighted to demonstrate the advantages of this globally unique solution to your company in the context of your next project.
